Prenatal massage can be performed up to the day and hour of delivery.  In this session positioning both mother and child to ensure maximum comfortability is key.  The session is designed to promote circulation, relieve tightness and strained muscles, reduce swelling around joints, as well as balance the mood, emotions, and overall state-of-mind of the expecting mother.
